民办高校学生择业的新趋势

高等教育面临着扩招和就业两者矛盾激化的局面。扩招带来学校收益和规模的不断扩大，就业则成为考察高校办学质量的重要指标之一，进而影响学校各方面的运作。本文利用2003年6月在我国浙江、福建、上海和辽宁等地的高校毕业生调查数据，分析民办高等院校毕业生的就业现状和问题，并由此得出初步的结论和建议。

New Trend in Job-selection of Private College Students

Higher education is now faced with the intensification of the contradiction between the expansion of enrollment and employment. The expansion of enrollment has brought the school profits and continuous expansion of the scale while employment has become one of the important targets to examine the quality of running school, which will further affect the operation of the school in various aspects. On the basis of the data obtained during an investigation of college graduates in Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai and Liaoning in June, 2003, the paper analyses the status quo of and problems in the employment of the graduates of private colleges and thereby makes an initial conclusion and suggestions.
