| 摘 要： | 权威主义政权的作用是东亚崛起的重要因素 ,这给继东亚崛起之后开始进行改革开放的中国社会主义现代化建设予重要启迪。在强调发挥权威主义政权作用的必要性、内容和如何树立中央权威等方面 ,邓小平对东亚的做法有借鉴也有超越。

| Abstract: | The effect of authoritative power is an important reason for the rising of East Asia, and that has greatly enlightened China to start her reform and opening-up policy and carry out her socialist construction. DENG Xiao-ping has drawn on the experience of East Asian countries about authoritative power and central authoritativeness, and he has also surpassed theirs. |
