| 摘 要： | 中国加入世界贸易组织后,外资银行的进入给中资商业银行带来强烈冲击.认真分析中外资银行的竞争优势,并寻求竞争中的合作是一个双赢的选择.目前,中外资银行主要有四种合作方式一是外资银行直接参股中资银行,以战略投资者身份进行合作;二是战略合作伙伴,通过协作,中外资银行共同实现特定的业务发展目标;三是合资公司,中外银行为某些特定的业务发展目标而合资设立新的金融机构;四是技术合作,由中外资银行在人员培训、管理和顾问服务等方面进行合作.

| Abstract: | With China's accession into WTO, entrance of foreign banks brings great impact upon Chinese commercial banks. It is a win-win choice to seek cooperation in competition through careful analysis of respective competition advantages. Foreign banks can cooperate with Chinese commercial banks in 4 ways as follows: 1. cooperation as strategic investor through direct stock holding, 2. mutual realization of business development as strategic cooperator, 3. establishment of new financial organs for typical business development in the form of joint venture, 4. technical cooperation in terms of personnel training, management, consultation, etc. |
