"能动生存人":教学管理的逻辑起点

摘    要:任何一种管理理论或方法均以一定的人性假设为基础和逻辑起点。教学管理活动的特殊性使普通管理学的人性假设不适宜于此。应将教学管理的主、客体定位于“能动生存人”这一逻辑起点上,以满足教学管理的特殊要求。将“能动生存人”作为教学管理理论的人性假设,就应该从对人的生命的深刻体悟出发、从人的生存性出发、从人的能动性出发来实施教学管理。

Abstract:Any management theory or method takes a certain hypothesis of human nature as its basis and logical departure point.The hypothesis of human nature of the common management science is not suited to the teaching managerial activities because of their particularities.The subjective and objective bodies of the teaching management should be positioned on the logical departure point of the "human initiative and existence" to meet the particular requirements of the teaching management.By taking the "human initiative and existence" as the hypothesis of human nature of the teaching management theory,we should have a thorough apprehension of life and conduct the teaching management from human existence and human initiative.
