中国新疆参与中亚经济合作的战略选择

中国新疆应当抓住国内产业结构调整和中亚国家转型的历史需求，利用自身地缘、口岸、交通以及人文等优势，避免政治、经济等方面的不利因素，积极推动和参与中亚区域经济合作。战略选择上必须树立长期渐进的合作理念，立足新疆，依托国内，坚持引进与创新并重的原则，逐步提高新疆自身的经济硬实力，提升和优化新疆地区软实力。

On the Strategic Decision of Xinjiang's Participation in the Economic Cooperation with Central Asia Countries

Making use of the domestic industrial adjustment and the industrial transformation in Central Asia countries, Xinjiang should take advantage of its strengths in geography, ports, transportation and market, avert unfavorable factors in politics and economy, and participate in and promote its economic cooperation with these countries. Besides, it is important to devise a new opened pattern and promote a coordinated development for all. Strategically, Xinjiang must establish a longterm, gradually-advancing cooperation. Firmly footed in Xinjiang and depending on the domestic market, it must stick to the principle of introduction and innovation so as to lift up step-by-step its own economic force and optimalize its soft force.
