走出对弱势群体认识的误区

近年来,随着改革的深化和社会分化速度的加快,弱势群体问题开始受到全社会的广泛关注,党和国家相继出台了保护弱势群体的相关政策和措施,许多地方已经启动了"帮扶弱势群体工程".但在对弱势群体问题的认识上还存在一些认识误区,出现了诸如"顺其自然论"、"无关大局论"、"能量有限论"、"价值弱势论"、"救助脱贫论"和"单靠政府论"等对弱势群体问题的简单、模糊和片面理解,澄清这些认识,既有助于促进这一问题的有效解决,同时也有助于人们深化对改革的认识,及时调整现行政策,实现社会全面、协调和可持续发展的目标.

Out of the Misunderstanding Area of Weak Group Question

For recent years, with the quickening step of deepening reform and splitting up speed of society, the weak group question has been widely noted by all society. The Party and the state successively made concerned policies and measures to protect weak groups. Many places have also started to make "projects for helping weak groups". However, there still exist some misunderstanding areas for understanding the weak group question and appear such simple, unilateral and blurred understandings as 'the idea of letting nature take its course', 'the idea of not affecting the general situation', 'the idea of energy being limited'. 'the idea of value weak position', 'the idea of helping to get rid of poverty' and 'the idea of merely depending on the government' and so on. Clarifying such understandings is helpful to promote the effective solution of such questions, as well as helpful to man's deepening understand of reform, regulation of the present policies in time and realizing the purpose for the society's allover, concert and successful development.
