西方＂法律与文学＂流派有其自身的发展脉络和体系,强调法律与文学间的逻辑可能性,法律通过调动文学叙述和文学文本的积极性来实现两者互动和共谋的可能。在此基础上冯象和苏力进一步展开中国语境化解读,中国化语境中所特有的政法策略选择体现了＂法律与文学＂的理论语境化特征,并可能进一步延伸其政法实践意义。

On Chinese Context of "Law and Literature"

With its own development line and system, the West School of ＂law and literature＂ lays stress on the logic possibility between law and literature. The law tries to achieve the possibility of the interaction and collusion between law and literature by employing the positivity of literary narration and literary text. Based on it, Feng Xiang and Su Li further interpreted the phenomena of Chinese context, in which the proper politics and law embody the features of theoretical context of ＂law and literature＂, and may further extend its meaning of politic and law practice.
