大规模定制生产的业务流程浅析

An Analysis of Business Process of Mass Customization

With the change of the economic society, companies are faced with three increasingly strong forces: customer, competition and change, under the constant impact of which, mass production, the former production mode, has gradually lost its competitive edge. Thus, a new production mode,mass customization, comes into being, and has steadily become the mainstream production mode in many industries. In this paper, a new matrix structure business procedure is advanced in accordance with the characteristics of mass customization, and finally analyses the structure and characteristics of this business procedure. As the matrix structure of business process is endowed with enough flexibility, it can well support mass customization strongly and bring out its competition edge.
