| 摘 要： | 本文针对党在执政方式上存在的不足,从法理学研究的角度进行分析,明确了改革和完善党的执政方式的方向.党的执政方式应转到党的领导、人民民主、依法办事三者统一的正确轨道上来,这样才符合党章、宪法,也符合依法治国的要求.
