| 摘 要： | 内蒙古鄂托克前旗不仅是新民主主义革命时期党领导鄂尔多斯地区民主革命的中枢和保卫陕甘宁边区的北部屏障,又是沟通党中央与大青山抗日游击根据地和共产国际的交通要道,更是党的新民主主义民族理论与政策的主要试验基地及培养少数民族高级人才和干部的摇篮。值国家开展建设社会主义新农村之际,鄂托克前旗适宜以其丰厚的革命历史遗产资源为依托,结合当地的草原风光与民族风情,大力发展红色旅游,以期在短期内建设成为全国有较大影响和竞争力的民族红色旅游地。

| Abstract: | The Front County of Etuoke in Inner-Mongolia is not only the centrum of democratic revolution led by the Chinese Communist Party in Erduos and the northen barrier of Guarantee the region of Shanxi,Gansu and Ningxia,but also the communicative channel that connect the central committee of the Party and the anti-Japanese base in Daqingshan and Communist International.Moreover,it is the main practical place of the ethnic theory and policy of the Party and the cradle of fostering high level talents and carders for ethnic minority groups.While constructing new socialist countryside,the Front County of Etuoke should faithfully develop red tourism based on the rich revolutionary historical resources with the combination the grassland scenery and ethnic amorous feelings so as to build it into an influential red tourism place with competitive power. |
