| 摘 要： | 人权精神是民主与法治的灵魂。中轴性的自由权、前提条件性的平等权、基础性的财产权、底线性的生存权、连带性的发展权构成了当下中国人权制度建设的五大主题。五大主题唯有通过逻辑的关联达致制度的匹配 ,通过实践的理性实现有效的互动 ,中国的人权制度建设才能真正成为不可逆转的社会运动

| Abstract: | The spirit of human rights is the very soul of democracy and rule of law.Freedom as the core of human rights,rihgt of equality as their prerequisite,property right as their basis,right of existence as their bottomline and right of development as their solidarity constitute the five key subjets in the construction of human rights system in China.Only do the five key subjects logically correspond to relevant institutions as supporting measures and realize their effective interplay through practical reason,the construction of China′s human rights system can become an irreversible social movement. |
