| 摘 要： | 本文基于我国客户安全用电的研究现状，以江苏省某市客户用电为研究对象，构建基于“人、机、物、环、法”五大类细分指标的客户安全用电预警指标评价体系，并运用ANP分析方法设定各评价指标权重，在风险评价标准及等级划分的基础上进行五级风险预警机制设计，并提出了相应的应时策略，以期对我国客户安全用电的风险防范具有一定指导意义。
