| 摘 要： | 区域经济的协调发展是一国或地区经济社会实现全面发展、全面繁荣的基本特征和重要保障。新中国建立以来，由于中国的特殊国情决定了中国区域经济发展的不平衡特征。为展现建国以来中国在区域发展过程中的探索和创新历程，本文拟在实证分析的基础上，探寻区域经济发展演进的特征、区域发展变化的趋势以及区域经济发展取得的成就和经验，对建国以来中国区域发展过程进行较为全面的梳理和深入的探索。
