摘    要:本文采用基于生物进化理论的遗传算法进行工程项目的资源均衡研究,克服了传统资源平衡算法的不足,并利用MATLAB语言进行编程实现,根据目标函数的具体要求,有效解出单资源和多资源平衡问题的最优解,同时得到每项作业的最优开始时间,通过实例分析,验证了算法的有效性和可靠性,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,Genetic algorithms (GAs),which is based on biological evolution theory,is employed to solve resource leveling problem in project management.It overcomes drawbacks of traditional resource leveling algorithms.MATLAB is used in programming to get optimal answers to single resource leveling and multiple resources leveling questions according to specific objective function,at the same time,the starting dates of activities are also acquired.GAs is proved to be efficient and reliable through real example calculation,which achieves good results.
