冷战后埃及青年问题初探

2011年埃及政治变局凸显了当代埃及青年问题的严重性,并引起了世界各国的广泛关注。冷战后埃及青年问题主要表现在以下3个方面:教育不公平现象普遍,青年失业率居高不下;青年成家困难,住房问题难以解决;青年性健康及吸食毒品问题令人担忧。青年问题不仅影响到埃及经济的持续发展与外交政策的制定,而且关系着埃及社会的稳定,并不自觉地推动了埃及政局的变革。通过对埃及青年问题进行审视发现其实质上是埃及人口问题的衍生品,而且青年问题已成为一个全球性问题,因而需要各国携手合作,共同应对。

Discussion on the Egyptian Youth Problems after Cold War

The Egyptian revolution which happened in 2011 highlights the seriousness of the contemporary Egyptian youth problems, and arouses widely attention from all over the world. The Egyptian youth problems after the cold war are as follows. To begin with, educational disparities are prevailing in Egypt, and youth unemployment rate is at a high level. Besides, it is hard for the youth to establish a family, let alone to possess their own houses. Moreover, both the sexual health and drug addiction among youth is critical, which worry people a lot. The Egyptian youth problems not only concern the sustainable development of Egyptian economy and the draft of its foreign policy, but also affect the stability of the society, meanwhile promote the process of Egyptian revolution spontaneously. By conducting a survey of the Egyptian youth problems, the author regards it as a derivative of Egyptian population problem. What＂ more, youth problems have becomes a world-wide phenomenon. Hence, in order to solve this problem, it will demand a close cooperation between different countries in the world.
