| Abstract: | With the coming intellectual economics era, changing of social positions and college teacher functions, newer and higher demands are raised on the qualities of college and university teachers. This paper points out that teachers should possess complete new educational ideas, network ideologies, full creativity, and be able to develop creative education boldly and good at carrying out educational scientific researches. |
