| 摘 要： | 利用探索性嵌入式单案例研究,以高速发展的中国电梯行业中具有代表性的中外合资企业为分析样本,探讨了组织的模块性结构和动态能力之间的因果联系。研究发现了"组织模块性增强在先、动态能力提升在后"的因果关系线索,并进一步深入分析,提出了组织模块性正向促进动态能力的初步理论命题。

| Abstract: | With an embedded single-case study on a typical joint venture in the rapidly developing elevator industry of China,this article investigates the relationships between modular structure and dynamic capabilities.The research results unveil the causes of the fact that organizational modularity increased first and dynamic capabilities increased later.Finally,it further puts forward the proposition that organizational modularity have positive effect on the development of dynamic capabilities. |
