摘    要:科学、合理、高效的辅导员绩效考评是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要内容,是充分发挥辅导员在学生事务管理工作中核心作用的必然选择。本文分析了目前高校辅导员绩效考核中存在的问题,阐明现有的考核体系指标和分析方法不科学的原因,并根据辅导员的岗位特点,给出了完整的高校辅导员绩效管理系统构建方法。
