| 摘 要： | 从实证研究作为一种方法论所遭遇的质疑出发,以4本流行的研究方法论著作为样本,分析了实证研究在基本承诺上面临的巨大困扰;并通过构造一个问题-分析框架,进一步讨论了实证研究在管理学研究中的局限性。希望更多的管理学者意识到,当下学术界把实证研究尊为最具合法性的研究方法论,是一种明显的误导,存在重大的危害性。要想切实推进中国管理学术研究的品质,实证研究应该走下神坛。

| Abstract: | Starting from a few of questions on empirical research(ER),this paper argues that ER has some fundamental troubles by comments on the four well-known books of research methodology.Further,this paper discusses the limitation of ER in management research.The author hopes that the scholars in Chinese management community realize the crucial misleading of ER as the discourse hegemony. |
