高校教师文化心理实证分析

摘    要:高校教师是高等教育的实施者,其文化心理会渗透到大学教学活动中,对大学生有潜移默化的影响。邮箱账号(Email account,EA)命名是一种文化行为、文化现象,EA反映了命名者的文化心理特征。以华南农业大学某学院教师的内部邮箱账号为基本数据,对高校教师文化心理特征进行了实证分析。结果表明,1)多数教师喜欢使用6-10个字符长度的账号;2)多数教师并不会在命名账号时花费太多心思;3)较大比例的教师受西方文化影响明显,倾向于使用国际流行的英语风格的“名+姓”结构命名邮箱账号。

A case study of cultural psychological characteristics of university teachers

Abstract:University teachers implement higher education, and their cultural psychological characteristics penetrate into teaching activities and influence college students directly. The process of Email account (EA) naming is a kind of both cultural behavior and cultural phenomenon, reflecting cultural psychological characteristics of the concerned people. A case study was carried out on the teachers of South China Agricultural University. The results showed that, generally, EA lengths fell into 3-15 alphanumeric characters, with the majority preferring to 6-10, and little attention was paid to EA naming by most teachers as was suggested by EA complexity analysis. English culture fea- tured EA constitutions of given name followed by family name were chosen by nearly a half of the university teachers, indicating visible impacts of western culture on Chinese teachers.
