| 摘 要： | 国外风险投资机构自 2 0世纪 90年代起在中国进行风险投资 ,主要表现为五大特点 :投资期集中在企业的扩展期和成熟期 ;投资企业的类型集中在工业工程、电子通讯和制药等行业 ;投资区域主要在沿海发达地区 ;投资方式采取了分散投资和组合投资的方式 ;在功能上对推动中国风险投资发展起了示范和启动作用。国外风险投资机构非常看好中国的风险投资市场 ,通过与中国风险投资商合作进行投资是未来国外风险投资在中国投资的趋势。

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,foreign venture investing institutes have been investing in China.There are mainly five features of this type of investment.(1)The investment concentrates on firms during the diffusion period and mature period.(2)The firms receiving the investment are mainly in the realm of traditional projects,electronic communicationa and pharmacy.(3)The regions are mainly developed ones near the sea.(4)The investing methods include diffusing investment and profile investment.(5)The function of foreign venture investment has been acting as a model and a start.Foreign venture investing institutes see many opportunities in China's venture investing market.The tendency of foreign venture investment in China will be the joint investment with Chinese venture investing corporations. |
