| 摘 要： | 我国加入世贸组织,将使公安工作面临维护社会稳定、犯罪国际化、犯罪专业化、执法透明度、刑事诉讼国际标准的执行等诸多问题。要应对这些问题的挑战,关键是观念和体制的更新。其中,观念的更新是前提,体制的更新是保证。

| Abstract: | After China has joined the WTO, the public securi ty organs will be faced with quite a few problems, such as the social stability, the internationalization as well as speciali zation of crimes, the transparency of Law enforcement, the implement ation of the international standards of the criminal procedure, and so on. It is crucial to renew ideas and systems for the public security organs in order to cope with them. The former is the prerequisite and the latter is the guarantee. |
