| 摘 要： | 在当前农村发展过程中,农民权益经常受到侵害,这一问题逐步引起社会各界的广泛关注.我国政府为之做出了很大的努力,农民权益状况有了很大改善,但同时也还存在许多问题.文章将从政治权利、财产权、城乡公平及迁徒就业等四个方面对我国农民权益问题进行回顾和讨论.

| Abstract: | Farmers' rights often be violated in the process of rural development, more and more people begin to pay their attention to it. The government make great efforts to change it, and the situation of the farmers improve a lot, but some problems still exist. The paper will review and discuss this issue at four aspects: farmers' political rights, property rights, equity between rural and urban area, rights to transfer and employment. |
