| 摘 要： | FDI对我国产权制度变迁有多方面的影响，主要体现在：FDI促进了我国产权交易的进行；FDI的进入提高了产权结构的效率。FDI主要通过竞争机制、外资并购、改变国企改革的条件、外资优惠政策四个方面影响了我国产权制度的变迁。

| Abstract: | FDI has many influences on the property system in our country.It promotes the procession of property deal,and enhances the efficiency of property structure.It influences the transition of property system in our country by four means:competitive system，mergers of foreign fund,changing reform condition of the state-owned enterprises,and the favorable policies to foreign fund. |
