| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,需要和谐稳定的内部环境。发展少数民族地区的经济和各项事业,促进少数民族地区各民族之间的大团结,就是我们构建和谐社会的重要条件。为此应妥善处理民族关系,加快少数民族地区的全面发展,增强各民族之间、各民族内部的团结、友爱、协作,千方百计帮助少数民族发展经济,实现各民族的协调发展、社会稳定和国家统一。
