Pick up a Book, Have Some Fun! Chinese Mothers Establish Children＇s Library Branches in Residential Communities

Peekabook House, a library dedicated to children, has branches in four of Beijing＇s residential communities. Founded by four Chinese mothers, all of whom have studied and worked abroad, Peekabook is vastly different from traditional, quiet libraries; instead, it creates a home-like atmosphere, which makes readers -- both children and their parents -- feel very comfortable while they are reading, communicating and making friends with others.
