热议《婚姻法》新司法解释

2008年至2010年全国法院一审受理婚姻家庭纠纷案件分别约为129万件、134万件和137万件，呈逐年上升趋势，而“房子”“票子”“孩子”等焦点问题成为这类案件判而难了的死结。2011年8月12日，最高人民法院公布了《婚姻法》最新司法解释，共19条。其中有15条涉及婚姻家庭纠纷中的财产关系问题。

JUDICIAL INTERPRETATION OF MARRIAGE LAW SPARKS DEBATE

Courts throughout China have been handling an increasing number of divorces; in fact, the number of divorces has been rising year after year. The number of divorces has risen from 1.29 million in 2008 to 1.34 million in 2009 to 1.37 million in 2010. During divorce proceedings, litigants most commonly fight over houses, money and children. On August 12, 2011, the Supreme People＇s Court, China＇s top court, issued the third judicial interpretation on the application of the country＇s Marriage Law, which has 19 articles, of which 15 are intended to resolve property disputes.
