教授权威的理论基础与高校内部管理改革

摘    要:借助组织理论和组织社会学分析可知,现代大学教授的影响力有三种来源,即基尔特模式中的“技术权威”、官僚制度中的“公职权威”及所谓Charisma权威。因此,校内管理权力的再分配应重视教授个人和集体所处的特殊地位。这不仅是尊重高等教育活动的规律和本质特征体现,也是调动校内一切积极性、迎接我国高等教育面临的新挑战的现实需要。

Abstract:Analysesfrom the point of organizational theories and organizational sociology show tha-t influences of modernuniversity professors originate from three sources:the"technical authority"in the Guild Model,the"public office authority"under the bureaucratic system,and the socalled"Charis-ma authority"Therefore,the redistribution of managingpower within colleges and universities should take into consideration the special status of professors as individuals and as groups,this is net on-ly to respect the law and essential features of higher education activities but also to satisfy the n-eeds of arousing all the enthusiasmwithin colleges and universities so as to meet the challenge face-d by the higher education of our country.
