| 摘 要： | 哲学社会科学在经济社会发展中的战略地位主要表现为综合性的服务地位、前瞻性的指导地位和科学性的统领地位,同时具有举足轻重的作用。当前,要进一步提高其地位并发挥其作用,就必须提高思想认识,培养世界眼光;关注社会现实,拓展新兴领域;坚持“两为”方向、“双百”方针,营造宽松环境;反对粗制滥造,强化学术责任;建立保证体系,促进有效创新。

| Abstract: | The strategic significance of philosophy and social sciences in social and economic development consists in its comprehensive service role and its guiding role.Currently,in order to improve its status and role,it is necessary to enhance people's awareness,to make them pay more attention to the social reality,to create a comfortable environment,to strengthen academic responsibility and to establish assurance system to encourage innovations. |
