试论高等教育发展转型中的政府角色转变

中国高等教育经过大众化阶段的快速发展,在规模与内涵上都发生了重要变化,高等教育开始逐步进入后大众化发展阶段。这一阶段的高等教育再次面临新的发展转型,而在这一转型过程中,政府的角色也需要作出适应性的转变和调整。本文从当前高等教育发展转型的内涵与特征出发,分析了政府在这一发展转型中的角色地位以及面临的问题,并提出政府进行角色转型的具体建议。

Government Role in Developing Transformation of Higher Education

With the rapid development of Chinese higher education,great changes are happening in its scale and contents.Higher education is beginning to develop into the stage of popularization.During this stage,higher education is changing again,and government role also needs to be adjusted and changed.From the contents and characteristics of current higher education,this article aims at analysing government role position and its changing problems,and then giving some suggestions for changing government roles.
