| 摘 要： | 日本社会中,潜在的集团意识是根深蒂固的,其要素源于日本人传统的普遍存在的"家"的观念。这种观念无所不在,几乎遍及整个日本社会。本文拟就从日本人这种强烈的集团意识入手,探究其主要特征和对日本社会现代化的影响。
