论军事人才培养的“三个转变”

研究落实中央军委关于抓好人才战略工程的重要指示,培养和造就一大批高素质的新型军事人才,是中国特色军事变革赋予军事教育的历史使命。完成这一历史使命,军事教育必须要以“三个代表”重要思想、江泽民国防和军队建设思想为指导,着眼“建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争”的新要求,在人才培养的思路、目标和方式上实现“三个转变”。

On "The Three Tranforms" in Training Military Talents

To study and carry out the important instructions given by central military commission about paying special attention to strategic project of talented people,and to train a large group of new-type competent military personnel of high quality are the historic missions of military education entrusted by military reform with Chinese characteristics.To complete these missions demands that military education should focus on the requirement of "building informatized military forces,achieving the information victory",realize "the three transforms" in the idea,target and way of talent training under the guidance of the important thought of "three representatives",and Jiang Zemin's thought on building up of national defence and military forces.
