美国职业技术教育之我见

中美两国有着不同的文化历史背景,政治经济制度也存在着很大的差异,对人的培养有不同的方针政策,因此,职业技术教育在教学指导思想、教学理念、课程开设、评估手段上都不尽相同。我国对人才的要求水准较高,强调课程开设全面、统一。而美国的教育政策、环境比较宽松,各州可以根据本地实际决定课程的开设,不强调课程的统一性,而是根据社会需求与就业情况决定学习内容和课程的重要程度。美国的经济之所以能够迅速发展,其职业技术教育起到了重要作用。有值得我们借鉴之处。

China and America have different cultural history background,their politics and economic systems also are different,and they adopt different policies in education.Therefore,vocational-technical education in the teaching principle,teaching ideology,curriculum arrangement,appraisal method are all different.China is aiming at a higher standard for talented persons,and stresses the unity of curriculum.But American education policy and environment are quite loose,various states may act according to the local actual decision which curriculum should be opened.The curriculum does not emphasize the foundation literacy class prominent,but acts according to the social demands.This kind of education promotes the rapid development of economy,to learn from American vocational-technical education is helpful for us.
