| 摘 要： | 在社会快速转型时期,我国城市少数民族群众由于受到城市化、现代化的影响,其内部社会分化的趋势日益明显,对族群整合和城市社会整合产生了不同的影响。城市管理部门应当正确认识城市少数民族分化和整合的关系,推动各民族的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | In the period of social transformation,the trend of interior disintegration of urban minorities is increasingly conspicuous with the influences of urbanization and modernization which influences integration of ethnic groups and urban society.The city administrative department should recognize the relation between the disintegration and integration of urban minorities,so as to all nationalities develop accordingly. |
