| 摘 要： | 已有的企业成长理论基本是从技术维度、组织维度和制度维度展开,在企业成长环境发生巨大变化的今天,其解释力正在减弱,由此需要一种新的研究视角。金融维度的企业成长理论认为,企业的历史成长与金融制度的演进互动共生,生成企业价值的二元化——实体价值与虚拟价值。企业成长的金融实质是企业追求实体价值最大化与虚拟价值最大化之间既统一又对立的矛盾运动。

| Abstract: | The related research on the firm growth has three dimensions: technological,institution and organizational .Since the environment has changed greatly in present,the explain power of these three theories are becoming weaken.Accordingly a new angle of view on firm growth is needed.The financial dimension theory on firm growth.argues that ,the firm historical growth and financial institution transition interact and accrete,and create the firm value duality,-- substance value of the firm and virtual value of the firm,and proves the firm growth issue in new economy.The financial essence of the firm growth is a contradictory movement between maximizing substance value of the firm and maximizing virtual value of the firm. |
