| 摘 要： | 在分析介绍西方外商直接投资理论的基础上 ,研究探讨中国各产业的利用外资问题 ,并通过建立计量经济模型 ,先后就中国第一、第二产业利用外商直接投资和自有投资的效应进行分析 ,找出了中国利用外商直接投资以及自有资金在投放方向上的存在问题以及解决这类问题的方法 ,旨在为中国吸引外资的正确利用提供数据分析和理论支持。

| Abstract: | A brief introduction to the theories of foreign direct investment is made to clarify problems of Chinese industries in the exploitation of foreign direct investment. An economic counting model is formulated with detailed analysis made on the benefits of Chinese first and second industries in exploiting foreign direct and self-owned investments. In respect to the problems therein, solutions are proposed to provide statistical reference for the correct use of investment that the country has attracted. |
