清末民初新式知识分子择业面相分析

清末民初，随着经济发展，社会职能部门日益增多，职业格局呈现一种立体、复杂、多变状态。毕业于学堂的新知识分子，面临的选择日益多元化。这种多元化在择业上，也呈现一种多样化的形态，主要表现为：立足自己专业的职业选择；从传统道德观念出发的职业选择；或是基于个人兴趣来确定自身发展的选择；又或是从传统价值观出发的择业，等等。择业原则的多样化也从一个侧面折射出社会的发展与变迁。
