汉英医学论文中评论附加语的比较研究

本文采用Halliday和Matthiessen的评论附加语系统，通过Kconcordance检索软件对比分析了自建汉英医学论文语料库中的评论附加语的使用情况。评论附加语使用的共性说明了汉英医学论文共同的语篇特点，而评论附加语使用的差异则反映了汉英医学论文作者不同的文化传统。通过了解评论附加语的共性和差异有助于理解和分析不同文化背景下的学术语篇，以提高学术语篇分析中的文化意识。本研究也提醒大家，要提高医药学术英语论文撰写的质量和医药学术英语交流的能力，就必须在医药院校进行英语课程改革，完善英语课程体系的设置。  

A Comparative Study of Comment Adjuncts in Chinese and English Medical Research Articles

This paper adopts the system of comment adjuncts proposed by Halliday and Matthiessen, and compares and analyzes, by the use of Kconcordance, the comment adjuncts in the corpora of Chinese and English medical research articles. In the use of comment adjuncts, the similarities show the common discourse nature of medical research articles; the differences reflect different cultural traditions of Chinese and native English writers. Understanding of these similarities and differences contributes to the analyzing of academic texts in different cultural backgrounds and the improving of cultural awareness in the analysis of academic texts. The study also reminds us that we must reform and improve the course design in medical and pharmaceutical universities in order to improve the writing of medical research articles and the ability to exchange in academic English of medicine.
