| 摘 要： | 我国民办教育经过20多年的发展,已经从争论走向合法,从无序竞争走向规范办学,今天已成为我国教育事业的组成部分。《民办教育促进法》的颁布实施,不仅为民办教育的改革和发展提供了法律依据,而且对教育事业的发展起到了积极的推动作用。民办教育的发展和合理回报仍是人们关注的焦点。

| Abstract: | After more than 20 years' development,the debate concerning private education has ended and privately-run schools have gained their legal status,and disorderly competition has given way to standardized school-running.Obviously,private ed- ucation has become a component of the educational system in our country.The promulgation and implementation of The Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-run Schools not only provides the legal basis for the reform and development of private education,but also promotes the development of the educational undertaking in the country as a whole. At present,people's concern is focused on the development and repayment of privately-run schools. |
