| 摘 要： | 针对水力发电企业的整体经济效益难以进行评价的问题,提出了以灰色关联度技术为支撑,选择数量模型评价方法,应用层次分析法的有关技术和思想,建立起具有可操作性的评价模型及评价体系。

| Abstract: | With the problem of the overall economic benefit evaluation by the economic or administration departments in charge,this paper suggests a quantitative model evaluation method and some related techniques and thinking of applied hierarchical analysis method with the support by grey coupling degree technique and also the evaluation model and evaluation system. |
