作为汉语世界里的一种话语生产,东南亚华文文学难免受到汉语母体文学(古典或现代)的影响.从历史的层面说,东南亚华文文学的初期阶段基本上是以"侨民文学"的形式发展起来.过去东南亚华文文学曾经是中国文学的支流,是尚未具有主体性的侨民文学,因此中国性的展现是非常自然的.从中国飘洋过海而来的祖辈们把"中国"的记忆传递给下一代,并且一代接一代地传递下去,以致东南亚华文文学始终无法抛开与中国文化藕断丝连的关系.

Immigrant and Local Mentalities in the Chinese Language Literature of South East Asian Countries

As a narrative production in the world of Chinese,South East Asian literature in Chinese language has unavoidably been influenced by both the classical and modern literatures of China.Historically,South_East Asian literature in Chinese language emerged in the form of "expatriate literature".As matter_of_factly it used to be just a sub_branch of Chinese literature,the early South_East Asian literature in Chinese language didn't possess its independent subjectivity and thus naturally exemplifies its Chinese characteristics.As the emigrants' ancestors who came across the sea from China pass on to the later generations their memory of "China",and the still later ones to their offspring,it is impossible for the South_East Asian literature in Chinese language to shake off its entangled relationship with the Chinese culture.
