| 摘 要： | 伊拉克战争结束后,伊朗核问题成为又一个国际社会广泛关注的中东热点问题。作为一个在中东拥有重要政治经济利益的实体,欧盟在这一问题上表现出了比二战以来任何时 候都更加积极主动的立场。这种立场,正是后冷战时代欧盟中东战略在中东国际关系发生重大变化的实践。

| Abstract: | Since the end of the Iraq war,Iran's nuclear problem has become another hot issueof the Middle East that the international community is concerned with.As an major entity with political and economic interests in the Middle East, European Union began to get more actively involved in Iran nuclear problem than at any time since World War II.It not only acts against U.S,but also has been negotiating with Iran patiently for many years.This move is just a reflection of the shift in European Union's diplomatic strategy in the issues of the Middle East in the postcold war era. |
