在改革过程中产生的几种社区建设模式虽然各具特色,但在各种因素的制约下,仍面临严峻的发展困境和深层的认知局限。解决这一问题除了继续进行制度化的努力,最终仍有赖于市场经济交往中契约精神和参与道德的培育,以及这一基础上更加民主化的政治和行政管理体制改革。

Current patterns and future vision of China's community construction

Although several patterns of community construction have been set up in the process of reform,they are still confronted with some serious difficulties in development and cognition due to various restraints.The only way to solve this problem depends,besides further institutionalization,on the cultivation of contract spirit in market economic activities and moral participation in civil life,and on the progress of democratic politics and the reform of administrative system.
