组织的竞争特性探讨

摘    要:研究个人行为过程并清楚地描述组织和系统状态是组织行为学中的一个根本问题。提出了个人行为能力的概念,实证分析了个人行为能力和行为结果的关系,结果显示个人行为能力完全可以代表个人。在此基础上,针对组织的竞争特性进行分析,认为组织中只有少数人起决定作用,并讨论了组织稳定和发展的基本条件。

Abstract:The fundamental problem is how to study person behavior proceeding for researching clearly system states of the organization in Organization Behavior Science. The conception of person behavior power is presented. The relationship between person behavior power and behavior outcome is experimentally analyzed, it's showed that person behavior power stands for the person. On the basis, the organization competition characters are analyzed. It's theoretically proved that only few people take principal effect in an organization. For ensuring the stability and development in organization, it is discussed the fundamental conditions of organization stability and development simply.
