| 摘 要： | 目前,我国高校推行的学分制并非真正意义上的学分制.管理本位思想是阻碍学分制实施的思想根源,计划经济影响下的高校资源分配体制是直接原因.学分制要走出困境,必须从制度层面上实现根本的改革.
