浅论和谐消费环境评价指标体系的构建

“构建和谐社会”是当今社会的一个热点话题，和谐社会的构建必然包括和谐消费环境的构建。构建和谐的消费环境能实现企业和消费者的双赢，保证市场有序进行。而消费环境是否和谐，如何进行评估，就要求我们建立一个评估体系来衡量。笔者探讨了我国和谐消费环境构建的评估体系建立的基本原则和相关因素的分析，并初步得出一个理论评估体系。
