| 摘 要： | 大学英语改革是一项系统工程。大学英语教学在高校教学中占有突出位置,在彰显人力资源强国,培养造就高素质创新型人才的建设中举足轻重。尤其是近几年来,通过高校教师共同努力,大学英语教学改革取得了重大进展。然而我们看到大学英语教学的进展并不平衡,欠发达地区高校大学英语教学步履艰辛。本文拟对其现状进行分析,提出相应参考对策。

| Abstract: | College English Teaching Reform is a system engineering.It holds its major position.It is very important to cultivate our talents with best qualities and creativities.We have made much progress in English teaching reform.The development is of imbalance.This paper discusses various issues existing in the universities in the under-developed regions,giving some rough ideas. |
