| Abstract: | In the paper, the author takes a sample of 14 cities in Hunan province and selects 8 indexes indicating the synthetic development level of cities in 2000. On the basis of the sample, the author makes the factor analysis of the development level and then, combining the actual development of economy in Hunan, puts forward the policy suggestions for the development in new century. |
