Draw on Jiangsu's Experience & Develop Zhejiang's Non-state-operated Economy

In developing non-state-operated economy,Jiangsu province strengthens its work,draws up good policies,stresses high scientific value and has a strong delayed effect in development.The author thinks that the governments at all levels in Zhejiang should enhance their driven sense of obligation,and,in accordance with the requirement of "achieving tangible results and being at the head of the nation" put forth by the provincial Party committee,strengthen their work,"solidify the foundation","lengthen the short leg",create an interactive,win-win situation,optimize the environment and raise the delayed effect so as to enable zhejiang's non-state-operated economy to be always at the head of the nation.
