| Abstract: | Obeying law is an important link of law operation and an important condition of realizing law-governance country, but in China there are large and heavy obstacles of obeying law at present. Main reason is that there are some problems on quality and environments of obeying law. Strategies of overcoming these obstacles include speeding step of legislation, enlarging strength of constructing law system and enhancing education of law-governance. |
